Let's face it, the terminator franchise is progressively getting worse with each passing sequel, so rather than make another lackluster attempt to start a new franchise, have the series come to an end. Set in 2029 A.D, ignoring the events of Terminator Genisys, chronicling resistance leader John Connor and his trusted lieutenant Kyle Reese's final days of the war against Skynet before Reese is sent back to 1984 to protect Connor's mother Sarah from a T-800 terminator. MPAA Rating: Rated R for strong sustained sequences of sci-fi war violence, and language.
