DUTCH WINFIELD A.K.A JOEY ECKHART is an American Action Drama series. Dutch Winfield is a Ex Cop who turned in his badge and quit the San Fransico police department when he testified against his Ex partner Frank Mercer who brutalised a suspect. Several years later after being sentenced to 15 years imprisonment, Mercer escaped from jail and killed Winfield's wife and framed Winfield for the crime. On the run from the authorities, Winfield changes his identity and becomes Joey Eckhart, and on the streets of New York City, with his new identity, Winfield becomes a bounty hunter, as New York becomes the first hunting ground along with the rest of the American mainland, as Winfield hunts down crooked cops and brings them to justice. In hope of finding Mercer and clearing his name, Winfield with help from Ex convict Cas Scapelli. Winfield with a saying with his buisness ‘'I’m the man who sends the bad cops to Hell to pay for their sin'', will not rest until every crooked cop who hurts the innocent are locked up behind bars and proves it was Mercer who murdered his wife and also tries to make peace with his estranged troubled son Ricky…
