High School teacher Sam Bishop has been arrested, under suspicison of murder, when one of his students, Nady Donner, is found dead in a swimming pool riddled with bullets. Believing Bishop is innocent, that he has no motive and there was no relationship between Bishop and Nady, Nady's parents hire freelance detective Nick Pearce to find the real killer. Investigating the case, Pearce becomes suspicious of Nady's rival, manipulative rich girl, Kelly Edwards, Nady's Ex boyfriend Derek Barnes and Nady's sister Jane and begins to believe either Kelly, Derek or Jane is the killer and could be right and uncovers a conspriacy behind Nady's murder…
