In the year 2124, the captain and crew of the USSF starship Evermore find themselves encountering a mysterious cosmic phenomenon in deep space that consumes them and then strands them back on Earth… 200 years in the past. Whilst the rest of the crew struggles to assess their current situation and repair the ship, young rookie cadet, Jake Phelps, after realising that he and the crew are stranded in early 20th century Egypt and being a massive history buff with an old soul, decides to defy orders and sets out on his own to explore the surroundings. Only to get inadvertently pulled into a heated treasure hunt when he crosses paths with Cecelia Braddock, a headstrong and feisty female archaeologist who has come to Egypt to find the last third piece in a series of mysterious and mythical jewels that when come together are said to enable those who are daring to wield them the power to manipulate the fabric of space and time, the first two jewels have already been found, Cecelia has one and her rivals lead by a ruthless German World War 1 veteran turned private collector have the other, the third one has yet to be found but Cecelia is convinced it's hidden away somewhere in the Egyptian ruins and she seeks to obtain all three jewels in order to restore her family's long tarnished reputation, Jake decides to tag along despite Cecelia's hesitance feeling like he would unnecessary weight to an already troublesome expedition but is both impressed by Jake's expansive historical knowledge figuring he can at least be helpful to her yet she's also very suspicious of him at the same time. As Jake and Cecelia venture forward on the quest together and compete with her rivals to acquire the third jewel, Jake's hardnosed and jingoistic captain and fellow crewmembers quickly become aware of Jake defying his orders, where he is and what he and Cecelia are searching for and decide to go after them and steal the jewels for themselves and use their power to return to their own time thus ensuing an eventual all-out conflict between the past and the future as Jake and Cecelia now must race to find the third jewel and prevent the rest of the jewels from falling into the wrong hands and destroying time itself!
MPA Rating: Rated PG-13 for sequences of sci-fi/adventure action and violence, and some strong language.
Jake Phelps - A young rookie space cadet and crewmember of the starship Evermore from the year 2124 stranded in 1924 Egypt along with the ship's captain and remaining crew, and is a massive history buff with an old soul.
Cecelia Braddock - A headstrong and feisty female archaeologist in 1924, she seeks to obtain three mysterious ancient jewels with the supposed power to manipulate the fabric of space and time to help restore her family's reputation.
Harrison Lark - One of the story's antagonists, the hardnosed, unforgiving and jingoistic captain of the starship Evermore and Jake's commanding officer who goes mad with desperation to return to his own time that he goes to steal the time jewels for himself to do so.
Kaspar Gärtner - One of the story's antagonists, Cecelia's persistent rival, a ruthless German World War 1 veteran turned greedy and egotistical private collector.
Arin Okorie - Cecelia's Egyptian guide on the expedition and a close friend of her family's.
Valentin Böhmer - A cowardly, overworked and constantly belittled archaeologist under Kaspar Gärtner's employment.
Franklin Olsen - Lark's fiercely loyal second-in-command who constantly antagonises and bullies Jake.
