PLOT: The series takes place in Chicago, when college senior, Bobby Tucker moves into an apartment in Chicago, a place he's lived his entire life, and he has a dead end job as a grocery store cashier. Five days after he's moved in, his widower father, Dan, his also widowed grandfather, Tim, and his older sister, Nicole move in with him. A little while after that, more people join them, former college cheerleader, Claire Carson(who takes an interest in Bobby), Bobby's old best friend from high school, Jimmy McCoy, former hospital doctor, Chris Johnson, restaurant waiter, Ben Davison, method actor, Curtis Truman, former track captain, Amy James, future pop singer, Samantha McCann, recently fired counselor, Christina Perry and former high school softball coach, Ashley Parker, as well as Claire's brother, Will. And furthermore, will Bobby deal with a few people living with him.
