Five unnoticed and unpopular Teenagers with an affinity for comic books decide to reinvent themselves as costumed superheroes and join forces to fight the rampant crime that plagues their city in order to protect the city and to finally make something of themselves despite a complete lack of special powers. This plan works however as the teens gain fame and attention from the public for their heroic acts and dub themselves ‘'The Misfits’' but their presence soon gains the attention of the biggest crime boss in the city whose drug trades have been decreasing and drying up since The Misfits were formed, and soon the teenagers engage in an all out life or death war with the Crime syndicate that will test their friendships and either bring down the syndicate once and for all or die trying.
