Five years after the events of Galaxy Warriors: Shadow Vanguard, the galaxy has been ruled with an iron fist by Dwayne Cooper, every part of the galaxy being run like a dictatorship with anyone who tries to oppose Cooper´s rule being quickly executed. What´s left of the Galaxy Warriors have been slowly reuniting and waiting for the perfect opportunity to strike back against the Vanguard, things start to look up for the team after a new and improved Marcus Washington aka Starbright returns after a long time spent away in the spirit world and him somewhat controlling Dark Rak´s power. But the shadow vanguard learn of the plans that the heroes have and seek to destroy them once and for all, now with the odds stacked against them and them being psychologically and physically damaged, Heroes both old and new team up in a last ditch effort to put an end to the dark reign and to take back everything from Cooper.

CONCLUSION: (spoiler alert!) After defeating the rest of the Shadow Vanguard the galaxy warriors decide to split up in the final battle against Dwayne and Edmund, after trying to fight off his cyborg side finally regains his humanity and decides to sacrifice himself to kill Edmund, fatally wounded Hayden sees a vision of his former lover, Bryanna Quintan smiling at him, he smiles back and ultimately dies of his injuries. meanwhile the rest of the galaxy warriors attempt to stop Dwayne Cooper but he is too powerful in his roaring lion form, Marcus sensing what he has to do uses all his might to control his Dark Rak powers to do battle with Dwayne one on one, Dwayne is getting the upperhand on Marcus when Wayne uses his gunslinger abillites to distract Dwayne and is killed doing so this causes Marcus to go into a deep rage and he is able to fight back and eventually uses his power to overpower Dwayne and incinerate him The remaining galaxy warriors hold a funeral for the fallen, Kira retires from the warriors to rule Spyrak full time, Jake leaves the group as well to find Natalie Weaver and hopefully redeem Lily Quinn/Poison Rose. Marcus reveals to Krystal that he is slowly dying after the fight with Dwayne and that he wants to spend his last months with Her. Max is last seen assuming the role of the new leader of the Galaxy Warriors, the new team consists of Duncan Watterson, Alex Broker, Annabeth Holland, and a revived Amanda Connor
Marcus Washington/Starbright- A hopeful and optimistic superhero and quasi leader of the Galaxy Warriors.
Hayden Woldt/Blast Master- A half human cyborg man who struggles to regain his humanity. Hayden is more somber and less jokey this time around.
Kira-The Queen of Spyrak and leader of the razing warrior.
Max Porter/Captain Phantom- A wealthy socialite who dawns a superhero suit, Max creates a new suit in the beginning of the film that enhances the wearer's speed, strength and agility.
Jake Douglas/Gear Turbo- A teenager who assumes the identity of Gear Turbo.
he lets Lily Quinn, believing that their is still good in her deep down inside.
The Blue Hood-Nicknamed “Blue”, a young half-human and half-alien lone homeless drifter/vigilante,
he regains his powers and declines the invitation to join the galaxy warriors at the end of the film
Duncan Watterson/Morph Fighter-A shy and timid Genetics Scientist who gets transformed into Morph Fighter. Duncan would be similar to Bruce Banner/Hulk in that he still has no control over his morph powers and they happen at random.
Jacob Connor/Mercury- A brooding young man with superspeed. Jacob is more angry and pissed off in this film with him constantly blaming himself for his sisters death. In the climax Jacob scarifies himself by running back in time and saving his sister from Edmund and taking her place in the process.
Annabeth Holland/Conjuress Storm- An optimistic and strong young woman with the powers of telekinesis, and weather manipulation.
Alex Broker/Power-Lad- A kindhearted, energetic and brave young superhero who strongly admires The Galaxy Warriors. He has the abilities of flight, superhuman strength, and durability.
Wayne “Gunslinging” Jericho- A young gunfighter and the best friend of Marcus Washington.
Dwayne Cooper/Roaring Lion/Dark Rak- The ruler of the universe, the leader of Shadow Vanguard and Main antagonist of the film. He’s also a beast freak who can transform into Roaring Lion which is considered to be the most powerful Beast Freak
Edmund Rowan/The Spectre- Cooper’s right-hand man, Hayden’s arch-enemy and secondary antagonist.
He is killed by Hayden
Erik/Silver Wolf-A scarred and disfigured former Razing Warrior and the lone wolf assassin who aligns with Cooper. He still doesn’t know about his past life and Kira as well.
he is defeated and is taken back to Spyrak.
Lily Quinn/Poison Rose- A femme fatale assassin who aligns with Cooper
Soskue Ito/Lighting Dragon-A Japanese samurai who wears high-tech Armor. He helped rebuild Hayden´s cyborg body.
Krystal Farrell/Venus- A femme fatale and Marcus’ girlfriend
Luna Skyler- A rookie member of the Infinity Vanguard.
Amanda Connor/Shimmer- A young girl with sonic and light powers.
she is revived by Jacob towards the end of the film and later rejoins the new Galaxy Warriors team.
The Dream Shaman-A shaman who live on isolated planet who guides Marcus.
