Cody Hayes, Kacey and Megan Booker, and Alan Eckbert are struggling to adjust to a world 30 years beyond what they know after having been frozen for so long, as well as trying to deal with their powers clashing with their personal troubles. But there's a much bigger threat approaching, as ever since the group have been thawed out and since Core Prime downfall, all world's major cooperations have been in a bidding war over the ancient frozen civilization of Ísborg and all assets associated with it until the civilization's powerful and malevolent king Forsbyre is reawakened, mutated by the frost and harboring an unquenchable thirst for retribution, he revives his massive and unstoppable army, also mutated by the cold, with the ambition to wage war against humanity and seek vengeance against the god who cursed him and his people. But Forsbyre needs the crystal orbs in order to gain full power against the gods which have all been taken from Ísborg are scattered across the globe, so the Ice Breakers' quest begins to stop the Ísborgian army's conquest to retrieve the orbs and using their full power to annihilate the gods and the human race.
MPAA Rating: Rated PG-13 for sci-fi/fantasy violence and action throughout, and language.
(Notes: Continuing the Indiana Jones-like tone and vibe with these titles, the first Ice Breakers movie is Raiders Of The Lost Ark-esque and this movie is Temple Of Doom-esque. This one has more emphasis on some of the darker aspects and on character development while still maintaining the first one's fun and adventurous tone.)
CHARACTERS:
Cody Hayes - A young and hot-headed thrill-seeking adventurer/explorer and the leader of the Ice Breakers, who has the ability to control and emit powerful bolts of blue electricity. (Cody's development in this movie is about his attitude and behavior contradicting his role and responsibilities of being a leader.)
Kacey Booker - An investigative photojournalist and Cody's ex-girlfriend, who has the ability to turn anything into ice.
Megan Booker - Kacey's troubled and reckless sister, who has the ability of pyrokinesis.
Alan Eckbert - The silent muscle of the Ice Breakers who transformed into an 8 foot tall super strong Yeti. (Alan's development is about him struggling to hold on to any of his humanity that's left while the savage animalistic nature of the Yeti is taking over.)
Sterling Briggs - A Core Prime agent who was formerly just a pencil-pushing desk jockey before being assigned to supervise the Ice Breakers in the modern world, he's pretty stuck-up, nosy and anal-retentive and he and Cody don't get along with each other at all. (He is to be played by a British comedic actor)
King Forsbyre - The main antagonist, the ancient, powerful and malevolent king of Ísborg who searched for a way to achieve all the power in the universe, and who is reawakened with the goal of seeking vengeance for his kingdom being cursed and forgotten about.
Louis Whitewall - Secondary antagonist, a snobby and successful private collector Forsbyre recruits to help find the crystal orbs.
Alyssa Dernenov/Lady Ice - A young woman cursed with ice powers and a former member of The Mayhem Team Project who is revealed to a reincarnation of Forsbyre's long-lost daughter.

What is Character Development for Kacey and Megan since you put more emphasis on Cody and Alan.
