Book writer Lucas Wyatt decides to stay in a hotel in the middle of a forest where he meets the owner, a happy go lucky woman named Jezebelle Bloom who tells him that the entrance in this hotel is free and the only thing he has to do is to sign a contract.
He is weirded out because all of the residents are acting weird, quiet and depressed, even if the place is very fancy and relaxing. But then Lucas discovers the scary truth that all the people here become nightmare monsters at night and he asks Jezebelle what the hell is going on. Turns out that Jezebelle is Satan's daughter that loves to punish everyone who sign the contract by transforming them into their own fears every night, and the worst thing is that the only way they can leave the hotel is dying. However she hasn't transformed Lucas in anything yet because she has feelings for him.
So Lucas must decide what is going to do next, is he going to find a way to get out of here along with the poor residents that beg for his help or is he going to fall for Jezebelle temptations.
Note: Imagine a hard R version of Hotel Transylvania meets The Shining. The movie constantly has a creepy tone, it's weird, darkly comedic and sometimes it has heart and some emotional moments.
The ending is left opened for a sequel
RATED R for horror violence, language and some sexual content/nudity

The main ones:
Lucas Wyatt: A 38 year old man. He's a shy book writer who's looking for inspiration for his new book. He's a humble and kind guy that despite at first being scared of the residents he slowly begins to simpatize with them and he promises them that they are going to be free someday. He also writes the residents different stories on how they got there.
Jezebelle Bloom: The main antagonist. The 30 year old owner of the hotel. She's the devil's daughter who curses everyone in the hotel with the exception of Lucas because she falls in love with him, she constantly tells Lucas to not feel bad for the residents and she tempts him to be with her forever. She's a chick who can act happy go lucky, eccentric and cute but she's still a very evil character who sometimes can get really angry and creepy as hell.
The cursed residents:
Evie Pride/The Vampiress Singer: A mid 30s famous singer. She went missing a year ago along with his young son. Lucas was surprised to see them in that place and she explains that all the time they were trapped in that hotel and that she gets transformed into a vampiress and his son into a creepy doll. She wants to get out as soon as possible to make a comeback as the talented singer she is. She is very seductive and she might have feelings for Lucas. Every night she sings in a stage for the residents while they are relaxing and drinking.
Ryan Pride/The Creepy Doll Kid: Evie's 10 year old son that every night he gets transformed into a creepy doll (similar to Chucky). He wants to go out and join his friends again and be once again a normal and happy kid.
Jamie Banks/The Hook Man: A 29 year old boy. He's a total pervert who likes his porn, however he dosn't enjoy it in this hotel. Every night he becomes a disfigured masked killer with a hook on his favourite hand.
SPOILER: He commits suicide by throwing himself out of the window. He is the second one to die.
Amelie Buffy/The Ghost Chick: A mid 20s lesbian goth girl. She was depressed before she entered in the hotel, she's always serious. She thinks being a ghost is boring since the only thing she can do is to talk scary and popping up in the hotel rooms, but nobody gets scared of her. She can't wait to get out of there to see her girlfriend and reconcile with her after a fight she had with her.
Private Freddy Conroy/The Veteran Zombie: The oldest resident in the hotel. He tells the story that a very long time ago he was injured in the war, and he was looking for a place to hide from the Nazis, he entered Jezebelle's hotel and she took care of wounds but at the end he turned him into a zombie and he stayed there for the rest of his life while his fellow soilders left him for dead. He's very angry at her not only because she betrayed him, he hates her because she still looks young and beautiful while he is now old. He's played by a veteran actor.
SPOILER: He dies from a heart attack, his last words to Lucas were “Don't let them end up like me”. He is the third and last one to die.
Daniel Stanford/The Werewolf: A mid 50s well respected bussinessman that envy Lucas because Jezebelle didn't turned in anything and he was transformed into a scary werewolf, he thinks that there's something very shady with them. He is very arrogant, he only cares about his money.
SPOILER: He shoots himself in the head with a silver bullet. He is the first one to die.
(There are other creatures like creepy clowns, spiders, etc, but I only listed the 6 main ones)
Mr. Bronson: The mid 50s butler of the hotel. He's a very calm and soft spoken old man who always has a gentle smile in his face, but he is still an evil demon in the inside. He constantly serves Jezebelle and the man in the shadows. He dosn't become a monster at night because the staff of the hotel never get transformed.
The Man in the Shadows: He is actually Satan but everyone is forbbiden to say his name, they only know him as “The Man in the Shadows”. He is Jezebelle's father who is always sitting in a dark room talking to her in a deep and scary voice. He never reveals his face through the whole movie.
