Michael Owens, a solitary and quiet gunman of the past finds himself in the middle of the Wild West city with no memory as to how he got there, only a variety of tattoos printed on his body and a scar on his hand from a foreign attacker. For days, Owens walks the streets alone and phased by disorientation from hours of unconsciousness until he slips into a pit and discovers a hallway of skeletons of the dead humans and animals buried within the darkness. Owens comes to know he isn't the only man out of the light as he fights for a way out and fends off any strange looking monsters that await in the dark, craving for flesh.
MPAA: Rated R for horror violence/gore and terror.
Note: While I envision this as a single protagonist movie, I would give brief flashbacks as to what happened to Owens before he was tattooed and what his life was as a gunman. The origins of the monsters wouldn't be revealed, leaving it all to ambiguity, along with the fate of Owens.
