Second entry to this neo-noir Lone Wolf trilogy, and this movie will be a 3-hour-and-20 minute entry (without splitting up into two parts), focusing on new characters, the development of a new vampire society, and more questions to be raised.
PLOT: Tensions are now on the rise as James and Sean are captured by Kyra, revealed to be leading the vampire factions and have developed a well-established society with a new faith and system of soldiers bent on taking down both Miles de Bond and Payton-Marcus. Marlene is nowhere to be found and is transforming into something much greater than the vampires and discovers a human colony bent on taking down the two major companies connected to the vampire search for the lives lost within their experiments. Miles de Bond must find a way to rally up what's left of his crew after questions revolve around William Payton-Marcus's attempt to assassinate the General. William, mortally wounded and disgruntled, hides a secret weapon of his own to keep pushing forward despite his disabilities.
What could be the start of a brutal war can be the last moments on a dystoipian Earth.
MPAA: Rated R for violent war content and sci-fi action including mayhem, strong language, and disturbing images.
Inspiration Drawn From: The Chronicles of Riddick, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, and The Maze Runner: Scorch Trials.

I am not certain if I want to make another Lone Wolf neo-noir entry (the final ending to all the Lone Wolf stories) because I want to get back into either doing Storm Angel and other ideas, but anybody who is genuinely interested in making a concluding entry is free to ask me in the comments.
Kyra - Mysterious girl from James/Anon's timeline who leads the vampire factions;
She is revealed to be Sarah from Anon's original timeline, who prompted him to exterminate the vampires and leave behind his past as a killing machine but has a change of heart when she realizes the vampires are already growing with their new system of society and defense.
Dr. Olivia Moore - A highly-experienced doctor and scientist who used to be with William Payton-Marcus but has second thoughts allying with Miles after his assassination attempt.
Major Colonel John Phillips - Leader of one of the last human colonies on Earth; a tough-as-nails and strategic soldier who wants to bring down Payton-Marcus and de Bond for the amount of lives lost in their experiments.
Ezekiel Connors - John's right-hand man and a biologist who studies the vampires and has a curiosity involving other monsters living on Earth.
Janice Flynn - A young woman in John's resistance camp eager to explore the outside world after the solar flares took her mother.
Alpha Vampire - A tall, monstrous beast now adapting with a new human-like speech and royal-like weaponry. (Think of the Necromongers with aliens instead of humans.)
(Kyra/Sarah bonds with a reluctant James who refuses to believe the Vampires are the good guys since he lost his family to them, and regains fragments of his older self from the Power Crew Timeline. Sean leaves the Vampire Society to search for Marlene and finds a human resistance base holding her captive, leaving his fate unknown. Marlene attempts to warn the human colony through her monstrous state of the vampires and other organizations prepping for war, but her warnings go ignored. Miles rallies up what's left of his team and discovers his own platinum exo-skeleton from the past, donning the suit and ready for bringing the cure to the Vampires. A disgruntled and completely insane William finds another robotic suit (similar to the War Machine from Iron Man) and decides to get revenge on Miles and the rest, whilst Sebastian intervenes only to have his energy drained and passed onto William, now capable of fully walking and functioning. Sebastian, with his dying breath, sends a final warning to anybody on the outside of William's plan to exterminate everything and anything to keep the Vampires alive.
