Two rival African-American cops, the cool calm and collected Jack Lancer and the unhinged sociopath Jeff Marson, both are suddenly killed by a mysterious robotic figure while they were in hot pursuit of a group of savage mercenaries. They wake up in hands of Core Prime who had brought them back by practically rebuilding them, now half-human and half-machine, Lancer and Marson have no choice to work together as Core Prime assigns them to track down the mercenaries and the villainous robot and stop their ultimate plan which evolves the president of the United States.
MPAA Rating: Rated R for strong graphic violence and language throughout, sexual content, nudity and some drug use.

Jack Lancer - A cool calm and collected cop with a sarcastic sense of humour.
Jeff Marson - An unhinged sociopathic cop who has problems with authority and is a little prejudice towards white people.
Ioseph Karriov - Pyromaniac, scientific and bloodthirsty leader of the mercenaries.
KACE - A villainous robot built by Karriov out of the remains of Necrodrake technology and acts as the bodyguard and mascot of the mercenaries, he eventually turns on Karriov and the team in an attempt take over the country.
Rosie Dagger - Karriov's psychotic second in command and his girlfriend.
Craig Mitchell - A former government supervisor of Time Jumper activity turned founder and director of the top secret government organisation Core Prime.
Michael Domanik - The president of the United States, and is a secret villain.
Franklin Pinkus - A lone rookie agent of Core Prime.
Natasha Lancer - Jack Lancer's loving wife.
Megan Lancer - Lancer's troubled daughter.
Lila Murphy - Jeff Marson's angry ex-girlfriend.
Stephen Marson - Marson's father.
Harold Strack - Lancer and Marson's former captain.
Lisa Connors - Marson's shallow girlfriend.
