A college-aged woman with a remarkable talent to design pictures from her mind and create blank canvases to masterpieces has been given a mysterious gift from a very young age following a horrific accident that damaged her brain. When her neurological wires are repaired (most of the critical ones) she discovers her vision has changed drastically from seeing a typical mundane hospital to a different version of the hospital with Christmas lights and humans with animal heads and lizard like bodies. At first, she is petrified by the changes within her life, but begins to adjust to these circumstances and is later taken in under a University who admires her artistic integrity.
However, at the age of 17, The Artist is stalked and tormented by hoodlums intent on kidnapping children to start a drug ring for profit. The girl escapes her captors months later and realizes their plot is a lot bigger than it seems. She spends her years with a veteran artist to expand her craft, but what people don't know is she can bring whatever object she designs to life (weapons, healing, and disguises) against her enemies, with a rescue mission in mind.
MPAA: Rated PG-13 for thematic material and sequences of fantasy violence and action throughout, brief strong language and suggestive content.
Note #1: At this point, some of the heroes/anti-heroes/supervillains I create are NOT part of the Power Crew Universe. This will be my own universe of heroes and villains that will be fully developed with time. So, no crossovers or cameos of any kind. This character will not have a name like The Mime/Dreamer, so I can keep the story structure simple and straightforward.
Note #2: I have the first chapter of my story Lone Wolf on Deviant Art. I will put a link in the comments section if anybody wishes to read. =)
The Artist - An unnamed 17 to 23 year old beautiful woman with extraordinary art abilities and a lucid mind that allows her to bring whatever she designs to life to her advantage; she is an introverted woman with a heart of gold and ice but neutral outlook with reality.
The Drug Lord - A ruthless and bloodthirsty drug dealer who rules his secret organization with an iron fist, kidnapping children and adults alike for his own personal profits.
The Veteran - A middle-aged man who lost his passion with art until he meets The Artist and helps her strengthen her craft and emotions; acts as a father figure to the girl.
The Pacifist - A young girl who advocates peace but internally struggles with going against her own beliefs; The Artist's only friend in her time at the University.
The Surgeon - A man from the Artist's past who helped doctors bring her back to life;
He is revealed to be working with the Drug Lord after losing his job from false claims of damaging the Artist.
Hoodie - A happy-go-lucky but determined writer who takes an interest in the Artist.
