As a treasure hunter, Aiden McBride should be living the life: fame, fortune, and adventure at every turn. Key word: “should.” In reality, McBride is down-on-his-luck and out of work, struggling to continue the legacy of his treasure hunting father. However, when even the slightest opportunity presents itself, McBride jumps at it: a call to search for Daedalus' legendary labyrinth, and the mysterious treasures that may be hidden within it. Somewhat out of his element, McBride must enlist the help of Erika Mann, a young historian, to find the labyrinth and its secrets before a mysterious organization, whose leader has her own ties to McBride's past.
*Aiden McBride - a treasure hunter hoping to return to his prime after a dry spell as he searches for Daedalus' legendary labyrinth.
*Erika Mann - a young historian who aids McBride on his adventure, whose intelligence makes up for her lack of physical expertise.
*Leslie Foster - the mysterious leader of a shadowy organization searching for the labyrinth, who has her own history with McBride.
*Kuwait Kusama - an Indonesian mercenary hired by Foster to hunt down McBride.
*Maverick - Foster's lead henchman.
Would be killed by Foster midway through the film for failing to catch McBride multiple times.
*Henry McBride - Aiden's father, a fellow treasure hunter. Would only appear in flashback sequences.
Comparison pitch: The Uncharted video game series and the Indiana Jones movies meets the tone of The Nice Guys and Kingsman: The Secret Service. Rated R for sequences of strong violence, language, and some sexual content.
