Development Hell on Earth by Andrew Milito

My own take on John Silver/MovieCriticGamer's “Writer's Block”! Seeing as everyone else is doing it, I thought I'd join in too! Before I get into it, I want to address some things for anyone that might be curious as to why I've disappeared for a bit. I've been very bogged down in things for the past month, and haven't had a lot of time for proposing any ideas on the site. Coming up with more than 15 DC Cinematic Universe titles has completely drained me of motivation for that project, so it's on temporary hold: not dead, since I have the beginnings of Volume III already planned, but just taking a nice break. In the meantime, I'd like to make a more regular return here! So feel free to suggest ideas for me, and check my new poll: I've been working very heavily on some writing projects of mine that I'd like to do revised proposals for, if that's something you guys have any interest in! Anyways, my idea:

Movies, writing, and more movies: such is the life of Andrew Milito, a 20 year old living a homely life in a middle of nowhere town. One night, during an intense storm, a strike of lightning strikes his laptop, which holds all of his unfinished writing projects. Somehow, the lightning strike brings all of his characters to life in the real world! Armed with the laptop, now capable of bringing anything he types to life, and the seemingly endless limits of his imagination, Andrew teams up with his various creations in a genre-hopping, fourth wall-breaking, balls-to-the-wall attempt to save the world from a mysterious villain who holds more than meets the eye.

(For the characters who I have cast with the same actor/actress, the movie would just make a joke about them being played by the same person. The actor/actress themselves would act in a dual role.)

New characters:

*Dan Hansen - Andrew's best friend and fellow movie fanatic.

*Darwen Miloti - a mysterious villain who threatens to destroy the world with creations of his own. The “big twist”, if the poor anagram wasn't obvious enough, is that Darwen is a doppleganger of Andrew!

*Rufus Perkins - Andrew's filmmaking idol. (Would be a cameo by a famous director in a brief acting role).

An original idea of mine, you mean? I'm thinking I worded those two options in my poll poorly..
