When trying to discover if they are any other operations around the world that are creating superpowered slaves, Sam Rodgers comes across some information revealing that he wasn't first to escape the Lord's operation. Sam learns about a young man named Mason Dolarhyde, who had the same background as Sam, abandoned by his loved one and was abducted for experimentation by the Lord, in which Mason's DNA was spliced with that of a Brazilian wandering spider transforming him into a horrifying hybrid, Mason escaped and sworn vengeance against society. Once Mason is awakened after a long time and begins a citywide infestation, Sam begins he most dangerous and terrifying mission to save the city yet.
