Doug Paxton- The younger and only brother who happens to be clumsy and stupid who scream like little girl
Anne Paxton- The older sister of Doug who is leader of the Paxton Sisters and she wanted Doug to be spy like them so she can spend time with him more
Scarlett Paxton- The older sister of Doug who often tease Doug a lot because his mistake but respect him as her brother. She resemble Riley McDonald from Operation: Siblings universe
Rachel Paxton- The older sister of Doug who act like overprotective mother to him because she didn't want her baby brother die
The Thomas Siblings
Jason Thomas- a young man who struggles with his ambition towards life and tries to connect with his Spy Sisters
Alicia Thomas- the seemingly cold-hearted sister towards Doug because she was jealous of his motivated nature; she slowly begins to accept her little brother and regrets not being there for him in the past because all she wanted to do was be a better sister
Sarah Thomas- the Amy Poehler / Elizabeth Olsen type of spy, in the sense of comic relief and serious nature, who welcomes her brother with open arms after not seeing him for a long time
Marie Thomas- the youngest (of the three) but older sister of Doug who is more close to him throughout his childhood, but is more determined than Alicia and a little reserved like Sarah, She and Rachel look like each other as both of them are played by a same actress, Emma Stone

Orville Max- A brilliant scientist who is being ridiculed by his colleagues for trying to built a dimension gate! He went insane by this simple idea and want to tear Dimension apart
