Sam Rodgers (known as Warrior X) now leads an organization of people (formerly patients) to battling injustice after the successful rescue and survival against The Lord, who had kidnapped him and the patients in the past in order to make them powerful slaves. Acting as a mentor to his students, Sam ends up bringing more students from various locations where people have been kept as negatively influenced freaks of nature and forms a few bonds with them.
But one night, a mysterious and tall figure enters the home of Warrior X’s superpower citizens, bloodthirsty and ruthless for sport. It turns out to be Black Wolf, (RAGE/RAT-56789) a former humanoid soldier from the future under General de Bond’s command, except he carries no soul but a cast-iron heart after the events in the metropolitan city. RAGE is still under de Bond’s thrall but will stop at nothing to kill anybody who gets in his way, whether one attempts to bring a consciousness to the humanoid soldier.
Another trouble emerges when old figures from Rodger’s past come to him for help for a bigger threat that is capable of curing him and his citizens of their mutant abilities. They refuse to identify themselves for the sake of Warrior X protecting his people and his own mentality to prevent knowing the truth about the two and the man who wants to put an end to mutant civilization, while also with a machine that struggles to gain human behavior that is erased from de Bond’s malicious influence.
