Sequel to Midnight Shadow.
After successfully bringing justice to the gang who left him for dead, Midnight Shadow is now a wanted fugitive after the killing of Harold Stiener/“Aces” was made public.
In order to avoid capture and a possible life sentence in prison, insomniac Carl Hoyt gains a new identity and travels to the United Kingdom, in hopes of hiding out from the authorities.
Everything is fine until one night Carl is caught in the middle of a riot in London, where a protester knocks him out, disabling the man's ability to look back into the past and forward into the future.
When he wakes up, Carl goes face to face with former MI6 agent turned mercenary Ceasar, who is keeping his girlfriend hostage and will kill her unless he delivers a mysterious package within 16 hours.
With time running out quickly and unable to use his psychic abilities, the Midnight Shadow runs into a chaotic ex-con who does not trust him, but is forced to work alongside with Carl after realizing that Ceasar used to be partners with him until the man was involved with the criminal underworld.
MPAA: Rated R for intense action violence throughout, some language, and sexual content.
