Stingray by Gerry and Slyvia Anderson

The adventures of W.A.S.P (The World Aquanaut Security Patrol) as they explored the oceans and kept the world safe from a verity of perils. The W.A.S.P's main weapon was Stingray, a super-sub under the command of Troy Tempest. Troy's co-pilot was Phones, and they were often joined on missions by Marina, a princess of a underwater kingdom of Pacifica.
Marina could only breathe under water, but was unable to speak. In charge of the WASPs was gruff Commander Shore, whose daughter Atlanta was both a member of his staff and Marina's rival
for Troy's affections.
The Merciless Titan, ruler of the underwater city of Titanica has sworn to invade the surface world, and is aided by his terrifying Aquaphibian troops and their powerful fleet of Terror Fish submarines. And only Troy and W.A.S.P can stop him.
