A 21 year old man living in a mental hospital due to his psychological conditions begins to escape when he discovers that he is not the person he seems to be while sneaking into a doctor's office that contains confidential information of who the young man really is. After escaping the hospital, the young man begins to witness hallucinations and slowly regains his memory with the help of a doctor whilst being pursued by not only his figments of imagination, but the ruthless people behind the operation to erase the young man's memory and to prevent him from going back to the person he once was before.

Charlie Baker/Samuel Anthony Hale - A psychologically disturbed young man who infiltrates his way into the doctor's office to uncover his identity as Samuel Anthony Hale, a college student who studied in medical school while running away from his past and the people who gave him trouble.
Doctor Rachel Kitner - A woman with a strong personality but a weakness to not get close to any of the mentally insane people she tries to help until Charlie/Sam finds Rachel inside of her house, asking for her help to uncover his identity and demolish the people responsible for his memory wipe.
Kayla Moore - A figment of Charlie's imagination and a mysterious woman in his dreams that add a flaw to Charlie's mentality.
It is later revealed that she was Samuel's beautiful ex-girlfriend and rival back in High School.
Joseph Harding - Another patient in the same mental hospital who befriends Charlie with open arms and is worried about his erratic behavior when Charlie starts having nightmares about Samuel's past.
It is later unveiled that he is also one of Charlie's hallucinations.
Charles von Gideon - Main antagonist and mastermind behind Charlie Baker's memory wipe, coming from a top secret organization that was originally established to create super soldiers.
Thomas Hale - Charlie's second figment of imagination, later uncovered as Samuel's father who was the former business head of a big financial company.
Natalie Wakeman - Charlie's love interest after living in the hospital for six months,
later revealed to be one of the people responsible behind Sam's memory erase.
Lieutenant Kenneth Watts-Mason - Rachel's boyfriend in the police force who is dubious to trust Charlie based on his erratic behavior.
Terrence Bateman - Charlie's psychologist who, while having concern for his patients and him, begins to feel suspicious of his biological past before he ended up in the hospital.
Hobo - An unnamed homeless man who constantly appears in Charlie's thoughts and outside of his mind, guiding him through the troubles and situations, slowly disclosing himself as an international black market dealer.
