In the year 1954, a mysterious explosion in Antarctica occurs, three month later the sea turned mysteriously red and a giant reptilian monster appears in Tokyo, Japan six days later the creature disappeared the news was heard around the world. Then all of the sudden another giant monster appears in South Africa, then the U.K., then New York and suddenly the war on Kaiju (in which they're officially known as) began. Four years into the war, the Kaiju are slowly winning until a scientist invented one of the greatest machines in man's history the Sympathetic Humanoid Mechanical Unit. A giant robot that can match the size and power of a Kaiju with the means of using a one manned pilot to fight the Kaiju, by then man were the winning the war with more and more Mechas, By 1975, the war looks like it was seemingly over even though sightings of giant monsters are more excessive then ever…Around that time a company known as Der Mond starting building their own Mecha in secrecy. Twenty years later a boy name Cesar Denver who is the son of a famous but estranged scientist named Gerald Denver who's dream was to become a great mechanist and to one day see a Kaiju with his own eyes until a new Mecha named Apollo is crashed into his hometown trying to take down a Kaiju. He unwittingly goes inside where he meets a mysterious girl name Josie Weir an emotionless child who act less human than human and has a high amount to psyhic powers. Once Cesar learned that Josie works for his father he decided to join them in Pan Alantic Defense Corp where he will be a mechanist for the new Mecha, Kiryu a Mecha without a humanoid body but a body resembling a Kaiju and Cesar is chosen to be the pilot. After a near-death experience with robot. Cesar meets other Mecha Pilot, Learn more about his sort a girlfriend Josie and the secrets of the Kaiju, his father and the PADC true intentions.
