Imagine you're watching a generic romantic comedy, it's so cheesy and so bad that you start to deviate anyway from the typical romantic leads and pay attention to the people around them. You begin to focus on a random extra who always looks on at the couple and shakes his head denial, you say to yourself, “Hey, who's that guy? I like him, I want to know his story.” Then Hollywood producers over hear you and are like, “They're right, we make something about this.” And this is that movie. Insecure and lonely high school senior Tom Fincher witnesses romances all around him and wishes he had a piece of it, he hates the typical family/friends statuses and has only one goal in his life: accomplish something great, so he can prove to himself that he's not miserable, weak and simple.
MPAA Rating: Rated R for language throughout.
