Masked Vigilantes Batman and Robin are framed for the death of Comissioner Jim Gordon's Son James Jr. by Man-Bat and Clayface, who are working for Scientist Hugo Strange. Not only have Batman and Robin have got outrunning the Gotham Police Department and Man-Bat and Clayface to deal with. They also go up against Talia al Ghul who has taken control of the Criminal Underworld and ‘'Batgirl’' Aka Barbara Gordon, Jim Gordon's Wife who vows to crush Batman, believing he is a dangerous monster who must be taken down…
