Four teenage boys are genetically engineered into half man-half sharks by a mad scientist, Dr. Paradigm. Refusing to join Paradigm, or Piranoid as they call him, in his quest for world domination, the sharks use their abilities to fight the evil doctor and his seafood mutants, or "seaviates". The sharks' abilities include being able to punch or bite through steel or concrete and to "swim" underground with only their fins seen ripping through the surface of the ground!
