A possible sequel to 2012's The Amazing Spider-Man, based on the three-part Alien Costume storyline of the 1994 Spider-Man animated series. Astronauts John Jameson and Paul Stevens discover a rock called Promethium X, said to be more powerful than plutonium, on a nearby asteroid. Unknown to them though, Promethium X also contains an alien symbiote which manages to break free and tries to consume the astronauts. Their space shuttle crashes on George Washington Bridge, and Rhino is sent by Kingpin* to steal the Promethium X.
