In the 1960s, U.N.I.T.Y, a spy organization in England, suspects a traitor within the organization after over half of their agents are killed within a week around the world. They sent out Cate Archer, an ex-cat burglar and the organization's first female spy operative, and Bruno Lawrie, Cate's mentor. They soon learn that all links lead to a terrorist organization known as H.A.R.M and Dimitrij Volkov, H.A.R.M's second only to the mysterious Director.
