Jennifer Cole, a freshman in college, witnesses a mob execution by Sergio "El Diablo" Gonzalez, a kingpin and important figure in the war on drugs. She realizes that Sergio has sent hitmen to execute her. FBI agent John Schwartz is sent to protect her and keep her alive when she testifies.
