An assassin and part-time mercenary leaves South Asia after taking out a target that was part of the Interpol's watch list and moves to Bulgaria to take out another target, a former Bosnian War criminal-turned Mafioso crime lord. Corrupt Interpol agents, hellbent on taking out the assassin, team up with the former war criminal to stop the assassin. The assassin assimilates to the Bulgarian culture to blend in.
