Geoff Carter runs a small air freight and mail company somewhere in South America back in the 1930s. His best friend is an older pilot, Kid Dabb, who Geoff may have to ground since his vision is deteriorating. Les, Joe and Gent are his other pilots, Dutchy is his partner, Mike the head mechanic, Sparks his radioman, and Tex runs the observation post in the mountain pass.
