The life of Barton Dawnes is fairly normal, until the day the city council decides to extend the 784 Freeway. For them to do that, they'd have to demolish a few buildings, namely his house and his workplace. With the weight of losing his job, his wife and his home due to city council's interference, Dawnes take matter into his own hands- using guns and explosives.
The story is that of Gary Hampton, a CEO who is bitten by a werewolf while on a family vacation. The story revolves around Gary's efforts to use his powers for good and to be a superhero, despite having an evil curse.

In the program, they genetically altered him granting him a very strong healing factor. As a result of the healing factor his skin looks scarred and his sanity is questionable. He escaped the clutches of Weapon X and works as a freelance mercenary with a flair for the dramtic.
