Jennifer Cole, a freshman in college, witnesses a mob execution by Sergio "El Diablo" Gonzalez, a kingpin and important figure in the war on drugs. She realizes that Sergio has sent hitmen to execute her. FBI agent John Schwartz is sent to protect her and keep her alive when she testifies. It is personal for the agent, because Schwartz's family, his friends, and a few fellow officers were assassinated by El Diablo's men and nearly killed him when Schwartz uncovered a huge drug bust. After a gang shootout that occured in a nearby neighborhood, Schwartz loses Cole when she is captured by Gonzalez. He must rescue her before she is brutally murdered.
