Morrigan and the Celtic Guard by Sapphire Hawkins

a DC universe fanfiction about a young woman and her two friends taking on a secret orginization of spoiled, privileged, over reacting girls and their assassins. The team later teams up with other DC characters like Batman, Robin, Superman and the teen titans.

Major characters include:

Kolby Morgan/ Morrigan: a young woman who becomes the head of the super hero team 'The Celtic Guard'; has the ability to grow crow wings and controls fire, ice and lightning. Hero identity named for the Celtic goddess of War and patroness of Witches.

Mark Claymore/Gwydion: Kolby's best friend and closest ally; his abilities include above average intelligence and strength along with borderline telepathy. Hero identity named for the Celtic god of craftsmen, wisdom, illusions and changes.

Rachel Masters/Donn: a younger friend of Kolby's who volunteers to take on the duty of protecting the city while Kolby and Mark are away; her powers include super human agility and accelerated healing. Her hero identity is named after the Celtic goddess of the sea and eloquence.

Villans- The Council of Roses: a group of privileged young women who train assassins, create experimental mind-altering drugs, poison, lie and bribe to eliminate those they feel have insulted them. Later, they experiment in creating meta-human abilities.
