THE SKULL is a violent American Television series. He is known only as ''The Skull''. The Skull is a mysterious vigilante trained in weaponry, lethal and deadly fighting skills and stealth. For 10 years, The Skull has stalked the streets of Mexico City and has hunted down and slain violent criminals who fear him, as the skull tattoo on his face strikes fear into the hearts of the criminals and the corrupt. As The Skulls sets out to take on his latest target, the infamous criminal mastermind Ulysses Cesare. The Skull saves Frank Castle, a former New York police detective/former soldier, who has fled New York after he took the law into his own hands and killed the mobsters who killed his family, and nurses Castle back to health from a gunshot wound. Frank, with help from The Skull's trusted friend and armorer Linus ''Microchip'' Leiberman agrees to help The Skull and to join him in his mission to crush Cesare and his evil henchmen, Rick Heidegger, Carlos Yanez and corrupt FBI agent and cocaine addict Special Agent Robert Nash, as Cesare plots to unleash chaos in Mexico City. But complications arises, standing in their way are FBI agents Laura Conway and Nash's partner Gabriel Johnson, who have arrived in Mexico City to infilitrate and apprihend Ceaser alive in a undercover operation. So Cesare can stand trial for all the crimes he has comitted. As The Skull prepares for a deadly confrontation with Cesare. The Skull's skull tattoo on his face soon begins to inspire Castle, which will lead Castle to become the vigilante assassin known as ''The Punisher'', and Castle won't leave until he helps ''The Skull'' successfully take down Cesare. As Cesare also has a score to settle with The Skull, after The Skull killed his sadistic father, criminal kingpin Rupert Cesare, after Ulysses's father tortured and burnt-to-death an innocent family that witnessed a mob execution...
