THE WORRIOR is a fantasy adventure cartoon, which is based on the internet game WORRIOR. THE WORRIOR chronichles the exciting high-adventures of the heroic and fearless skilled swordsman Mason Ard, known to his friends and his adversaries as ''The Worrior''. Armed with his ''Swords of Wor'', Mason does battle with his arch-nemesis King Gilbeard, tyrant and powerful sorcerer who rules the land of Wor and it's realms with a ironfist, in his fortress ''Castle Stonehara'' and he crushes those who opposes with him with his magic sword ''The Sword of Thunder''. But Mason is not alone and his companions are: the 200-year old wizard Whitefox. The beautiful warrior woman Lilyn Sarden. The Intelligent and cunning dwarf Sam Moonbox. pagan and tracker Ralph Grimdoon and the mysterious half-elven sorceress Kainaira. Not only Mace has King Gilbeard to fight against, he also do battle against John, his corrupt brother and master spearsman who is King Gilbeard's chief henchman and bodyguard and King Gilbeard's loyal, but bumbling army of fat black knights who fight with maces, commanded by General Montbuck and Lieutenant Minadaris. As Mace vows to fulfill his destiny to defeat King Gilbeard and avenge the rightful ruler of Wor King Rahlden, who was murdered by King Gilbeard who stole the throne for himself...
