AVENGER WOLF is a TV Movie, which is a remake of CRY OF THE BANSHEE. A mysterious stranger called Wolf rides into the town ''Sidhe'' on his black horse and attends the funeral of Jonathan Whitman, a man who has been wrongly executed by the town's corrupt mayor Lawerence Chalke for being a Devil Worshipper, along with other townspeople who has also been executed by Chalke for also being Devil Worshippers. Whitman's Widow Amanda and her Family decides to hire Wolf to unleash vengeance on Chalke and his Family. Striking from the shadows, Wolf manages to kill each member of Chalke's family, one-by-one, without warning and without witnesses, as Wolf agrees to help Amanda to destroy Chalke's family. Is Wolf just a simple man who has been enlisted by the Whitman family to bring justice to Chalke and his family? or is Wolf a demon sent by Satan to unleash Hell on Chalke and his family and avenge the innocent souls that have been wrongly condemnded by Chalke?...
