LEFT-HAND is a TV Movie which is influenced by the classic 1967 film THE ONE-ARMED SWORDSMAN. Returning home to the mining town ''Eaglehurst'', 20-Years after her Father Sheriff Karl Longworth was gunned down by Outlaw Sam Battaglia and his Brother Frank, which she witnessed when she was a small girl. Bridget Longworth finds ''Eaglehurst'' is virtually deserted and Battaglia is now the Town's Mayor. After a failed atempt to kill Battaglia, Bridget is wounded when Battaglia's henchman Dahlman mutliates her right hand with a shotgun, but escapes and is nursed back to health by the mysterious drifter John Johansson. Bridget recovers and learns to use a gun with her left hand. With her deadly new skills with a gun, Bridget engages Battaglia and his army of gunmen in a bloody showdown of violence and vengeance, as Bridget bids to set things right and help what remains of the townspeople to take back their town...
