STAR TREK: PROSPER is a Spin-Off Series and Prequel to STAR TREK. Set in the Year 2144, STAR TREK: PROSPER cronichles the maiden voyage of the Experimental Vulcan exploration Starship ''Prosper'' as it is launched into Outer Space to explore different parts of the Galaxy via a advanced stardrive which allows the ''Prosper'' to travel to the nearest star faster than any normal spaceship. But something goes wrong, when ''Prosper'' is attacked by by a Klingon Bird of Prey and the Stardrive is badly damaged, a error causes the ''Prosper'' to travel to the distant undiscovered Shintaak Star System which is at the edge of the Galaxy and without the Stardrive, it will take ''Prosper'' many centuries to return to Vulcan. Lost, Lightyears away from Vulcan. The ''Prosper'' Crew begins exploring the Shintaak System and beyond as they explore new worlds and encounter new alien civilisations and alien lifeforms and tries to make a desperate effort to find a way of getting home to Vulcan.
