In the 1930's, the Warner Brothers animation staff had ideas for three new characters: Yakko, the older brother who possesses the quick wit of famed comedy legend Groucho Marx; Wakko, the middle child with a big appetite, a gag bag, and a voice that resembles Beatles member Ringo Starr; and Dot, the sassy younger sister who uses her apparent innocence to manipulate and torment those who stand in her way. Unfortunately, they were deemed too zany and out of control, so by orders of the studio, they were confined inside the Warner Brothers water tower for life. However, they found a way to escape, and now, they torture various members of the lot, including psychoanalyst Otto Scratchansniff, obese security guard Ralph, and Warner Brothers CEO Thaddeus Plotz. However, when lab rats Pinky and Brain hatch a plot to take over the planet, the Warners and the crew form an alliance to to stop these mischievous rodents. They also get some help from numerous celebrities and other zany sidekicks that roam the Warner Brothers lot.
