FLASH GORDON: DEIFIER OF MING is a Graphic-Novel like Sci-fi Fantasy Television Series, based on the FLASH GORDON Comic Strip and is a darker adaptation. The year is 2013. The alien planet Mongo enters the Solar System and goes into orbit around Earth. The arrival of Mongo causes worldwide panic when Mongo's evil ruler, Emperor Ming the Merciless threatens to destroy Earth if the Human Race refuses to accept him as their Master. When their car breaks down, Ex Marine turned Athlete James ''Flash'' Gordon and his Girlfriend Dale Arden stumbles upon the Labotory of Maverick Russian Scientist Dr. Hans Zarkov. Flash and Dale joins Zarkov on-board Zarkov's Rocketship (When Zarkov tricks them into going on-board) and the Rocketship blasts off into Outer Space, and Zarkov sets a course for Mongo. Once arriving on Mongo, Flash, Dale and Zarkov are taken captive, but Flash manages to escape from the Imperial Capital Mingo City when Zarkov reveals to Ming his intention to save Earth and Flash defies Ming. Now a hunted man and a Enemy and Deifier of Ming, Flash joined by his allies: Prince Barin, Ruler of Arboria, Prince Vultan of the Hawkmen, Prince Thun of the Lionmen and Princess Aura, Ming's sexy Daughter who desires to seduce Flash. Flash races across the Continents and floating islands all over Mongo. As Flash sets out to unite The Kingdoms of Mongo and to combine them as a band of Freedom Fighters to crush Ming and restore peace to Mongo. Not only Flash must defeat Ming and stop him from destroying Earth and many other worlds across the Galaxy in Ming's mad goal for Intergalactic conquest, Flash must also rescue Zarkov, who is being mindprobed and interogated by Ming's loyal scientists, so Ming can uncover infomation on Earth's defences, so he can send his Imperial Military Forces to infiltrate Earth's defences and to launch a full-scale planetary attack and Flash also must rescue Dale, who has been enslaved by Ming and has become his concubine, as Ming is attracted by her beauty and plans to marry her, so she can become his wife and Empress and Mother to Ming's unborn son and heir who shall be Ruler of the Galaxy...
