Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles by Todd W. Langen and Bobby Herbeck

After prolonged exposure to radiation, four teenage turtles-- Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael, and Donatello--have mutated into ninjas and have begun living in the sewers of a large city. Under the guidance of their Rat ninja master Splinter, they learn to disappears and fight with weapon and just having a good time by enjoyed pizza. But their master get capture by The Shredder, leader of the Foot Chad after rescuing female reporter April O'Neil from almost kidnapped by the foot, The Turtles along with April and ex hockey star Casey Jones to save New York City from The Foot and and The Shredder.
