On April 21st, 2010. A mysterious virus of unknown origin infected most of the male population in the world. The victims who were infected with this virus fell into a deep coma, 15 hours after exposure to the virus, all oxygen is cut off from the human body, 20 seconds later, victims begin bleeding terminally, followed by death seconds later. Within hours, most of the male population were wiped off the face of the Earth, apart from the female population. The year is now 2025, America along the rest of the world has now become ''Woman World'', where most of the world is inhabited by women who struggle for survival and trying to rebuild what is left of the world and regain their humanity. Living in Woman World is Dr. Maureen Hewitt, a beautiful scientist (who lost her husband and infant son to the virus) who leads a small group of women across Woman World, as Hewitt is on a quest to search for answers. The members of Hewitt's group are Ex Special Forces helicopter pilot Diane Cullen, Los Angeles Nurse Abby Williams, Mexican American mercenary Mia Sanchez and former British fashion model Grace Phillips. But soon, the group are joined by Professor Annabeth Lynch, a scientist from the year 2002 who has time travelled to the future to prevent the virus, but arrived in the wrong year, after foreseeing the fall of all men in the world. But the group discover they are truly not alone, and encounter a man named Kyle Mitchell, a veteran policeman, who somehow survived the virus. Embarking on a desepate mission, Maureen and the group set out to find a way of saving newborn baby boys from the virus and finding the answer to why the virus didn't kill Kyle, beliving they can create a antidote to destroy the virus. But Marilyn Banacheck, the head of the NEMTEC Corporation, sends armed mercenaries-for-hire led by Noa Murchison, Mia's former lover and her associate, weapons specialist Major Tracey Simmons to stop them from finding the answers they are looking for, as Marilyn plots on keeping the antidote for herself, so she can save her infected husband, who has been kept alive in suspended animation for 15 years...
