This play weaves together the stories of three people from very different backgrounds who meet unexpectedly; a pregnant girl, a victim of the German concentration camps, and a juvenile delinquint. All putting up fronts, they dance around each other sometimes gingerly, often ferociously, until their dance brings them to a better understanding that, while each is unique within the circumstances of their lives, they are all struggling to survive in a world that shows no mercy.
