Ex-Chicago cop turned L.A. bounty hunter Jack Walsh has five days to find former mob accountant Jonathan Mardukas and retun him to bail bondsman Eddie Mascone. If he doesn't Mascone is out of business. Unfortunatly he's also being chased by mob boss Jimmy Serrano's goons (the man Mardukas stole millions from and is also the reason Walsh is no longer a cop), the F.B.I. and rival bounty hunter Marvin Dorfler.
