It's now been several years since Dr. Claw made his daring escape from prison. As he launches his newest plot to take over the world, Gadget has problems of his own. He has become distraught over the loss of both G2 and Brenda Bradford, killed in conflicts with MAD, and he and his niece Penny, now 18 and in college, are growing apart as a family. But new events will bring them all together on one final mission.
