General Dirk Anger at the behest of the Beyond Corporation© (formally the high-tech terrorist cell known as S.I.L.E.N.T.) to enable them to test Unusual Weapons of Mass Destruction at various points throughout the United States of America, while getting paid to do so by the government.

When NextWave member Tabitha Smith ‘acquired’ the Beyond Corporation© Marketing Plan, the team discovered just what their employers were up to. They immediately went AWOL with the Shockwave Rider, a highly classified experimental aircraft built for H.A.T.E. by the Beyond Corporation©, and dedicated themselves to stopping their former employer by any means necessary.

This has adversely affected General Anger’s already strained grip on reality to the point where he starts to employ even more bizarre methods to try and stop them and/or kill himself.
