Hasn't there already been a remake of Psycho made? Wasn't it remade shot for shot by Gus Van Sant? Wasn't Vince Vaughn Norman Bates in the remake? Didn't the remake suck? The answer to all of these questions is yes, yes to all. So if a remake of this film sucked, why make another attempt at it? I dont want to sit through a modern version of a woman getting stabbed in a shower or a man dressing like a woman with a mental disorder. We have enough Uwe Boll to fill the need for bad movies.
