Digimon: Revenge of Apocalymon by Toei Animation

One year after MaloMyotismon is defeated, a strange force destroys the space shuttle Atlantis. No government can figure the force that destroyed the shuttle but it is soon revealed that the force is really Apocalymon, who was defeated by the original digidestined. He tests his newfound power by destroying major cities all around the world and what follows would be a stand aganist Apocalymon from every digidestined around the world.
