Joey Perrone is tossed overboard from a cruise ship by her dirtbag husband, Chaz. She is found, clinging to a bail of Jamaican marijuana off the shores of Florida by ex-cop Mick Stranahan. The two of them plot revenge...by messing with Chaz's head...after they figure out why Chaz tried to kill her.
