A biopic about the life and times of American pilot Amelia Earhart, Amelia will start shooting later this month with Hilary Swank as the lead. Really? Hilary Swank? Is she the only actress who can look strong-willed?
Anyhow, Richard Gere has signed on to play the lead opposite her, presumably her husband, George Putnam according to Variety.
